Mmm Beatrice is a trademark of small culinary spells from Karst (29 extra homemade jams, 2 chutneys, salsa), which enthralled selected gourmet diners across Europe and can also be found in top restaurants. In our home in Tomaj in Karst, we will happily host a gourmet company which will enjoy a gourmet tasting of Mmm Beatrice delicacies. You will make sure that small culinary spells go great with a nubmer of of culinary delights. You are also welcome to participate in an original quiz about jams called the Mmm Beatrice Academy. This unique group experience is designed for a group of 4 to 8 persons. We divide guests in two groups which compete in the quiz that takes you through the world jam history. Of course there is also smelling and tasting mmm Mmm Beatrice jams. If season and weather allow, we carry out the tasting and the quiz in the garden, under the one-hundred year oak. Welcome!
