At the Štirna Restaurant, which is named after a traditional Karst well, the centre of every stone courtyard, they transformed traditional recipes of Karst nonas in a modern way. The tradition of pamepering hungry guests goes back to the time when horse and cart drivers stopped here on their way from Italy. From local seasonal ingredients they create culinary treats which enthrall the tasting buds of gourmet eaters. They recommend typical Karst dishes to hedonists and gourmet eaters which should not leave out the opening board filled with prosciutto and other dry meats. For all of you who like to get full fast they offer delicious pizzas, while delicious desserts also take you on a journey. The table and the atmosphere will improve even further with a bottle from the house cellar. There are also rooms available above the restaurant. Reservation is favourable.
