Accompanied by your guide, paddle into the story of the Solkan kayaking tradition and see the mighty Solkan Bridge – a global giant, a technical monument and the pride of Solkan – from a different angle, explore the remains of WWI or indulge in culinary delights. The hike to Skalnica will gain a different dimension accompanied by stories told by a local guide and an unforgettable experience of history. We will climb through WWI defense trenches built more than 100 years ago, when Austro-Hungarian and Italian armies battled on the Isonzo Front in this area.
